Ordering and Payment
Placing an Order
All orders should be placed through the online webshop. Three Hearts Home utilizes the widely used and trusted Shopify platform to ensure the safety of your personal information. Please see the privacy and security section for more information.
Method of Payment
Three Hearts Home accepts only the following forms of payment: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Please DO NOT send personal checks or cash with your order.
If you would like to check on the status of your order, simply log in to your Three Hearts Home account. Here you will find information about your current order and your order history. You will receive an email confirming your order once it is placed, and an email notifying you when your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you. This fulfillment email will contain information allowing you to track your shipment.
Three Hearts Home makes every effort to ship all orders within 48 business hours (Mon-Fri). While we endeavor to maintain inventory stock on all items, on occasion some pieces may be backordered. In this case, you will be notified, and backordered items will be shipped to you immediately upon receipt. Note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons.
Orders are shipped primarily by via FedEx Ground. Many items will be drop-shipped directly from our vendors. The product descriptions for these items will include information we have gained from the vendor regarding their shipping policies. Three Hearts Home is not responsible for delays on drop-shipped orders. If your item does not arrive as expected, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will communicate with the vendor regarding your order. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will incur additional shipping charges above the listed shipping rate. Please email email@example.com or for more information. At this time, we do not ship to foreign countries or U.S. territories internationally. We do not ship to PO boxes; please provide a physical shipping address for your order.

Three Hearts Home makes every effort to ensure your order arrives in as-advertised condition. Most of our merchandise is handcrafted, making each piece unique. Please note that differences slight variations in size, color, form and finish are expected and add to the individuality of each piece. Bubbles in the glass are normal, and iron pieces will weather if placed outside.
One of a Kind Items
One of the ways Three Hearts Home “loves the earth” is by offering a collection of previously loved items. We do our best to offer quality products, and research all of the vintage and antique items we find in order to provide our customers with the most accurate information we can find. We also do our best to reflect the item’s condition in both the product photographs and descriptions, and buy only items we consider to be in good vintage or antique condition and would use in our own homes! Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
As most of our merchandise is handcrafted differences in color, form and finish are expected and add to the individuality of each piece. If your order is delivered damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please notify us within 3 days from the date of receipt. This will ensure complete replacement of the damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items at no additional cost to you. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a full credit or refund of the total purchase price. All damaged, defective or incorrect items authorized for return must be packaged in their original shipping carton with the enclosed packing slip. A return authorization from Three Hearts Home is required. Please see below for details on obtaining this authorization.
Returning an item is easy. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization for the items you wish to return (see below for more information about return authorizations). To receive a full credit/refund of the purchase price, items should be returned in unused/unopened condition with original packaging along with the enclosed packing slip, within 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged or defective goods. We suggest insuring/and or tracking your package, as Three Hearts Home is not responsible for lost returns. Credit will not be given for returns made without authorization or past the 30 day limit. All discounted items are final sale.
If you received a gift and would like to exchange it, please follow the same procedures listed above. You will be given store credit, which you have 90 days to redeem.
As stated above, and authorization is needed in order to return merchandise for any reason. Please email email@example.com, and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason(s) for return. If you are returning a gift and do not have the original packing slip, please indicate this in your email. After your request for authorization is reviewed, you will be sent an authorization number via email. Please write this number on your original packing slip in the space provided, and include it with the items being sent for return. If you are returning incorrect, damaged or defective goods, you will also be emailed a prepaid shipping label. If you are returning merchandise for any other reason, shipping is your responsibility, and you are free to use the shipping method of your choice. We recommend insuring and tracking your package, as Three Hearts Home is not responsible for lost returns.
Our DIY Workshops are each unique and materials are purchased specifically for each new project. Because of the limited number of available seats and cost of materials which are purchased in advance, full refunds can not be given within 5 days of the scheduled class. And cancellations within 5 days of the class will be given a 50% refund. No-shows on the day of the class are not eligible for a refund.
